## **1. Nature and Purpose of the Service**
gabzi.me (the "Platform", "we", "our service") provides an **informational platform** that enables private individuals ("Users") to find each other for the purpose of arranging shared car journeys.
gabzi.me **is not a transport or intermediary company**, does not provide transportation services, and does not enter into transportation contracts with any user.

## **2. User Status**
* A **Driver** is a user offering available seats in their private vehicle;
* A **Passenger** is a user seeking a shared ride.
Both parties are **solely responsible for negotiating** the terms of the ride, including price, route, date, and time.

## **3. Ride Confirmation**
To confirm a ride, the following mechanism is used:
* After agreeing on the ride terms, the Passenger provides the Driver with a **secret code**, generated by the app;
* The Driver enters the code in the app, thereby **confirming the agreement** to the ride;
* Entering the code constitutes a mutual private agreement between the parties.

## **4. Limitation of Liability**
gabzi.me:
* does not verify user identities, the accuracy of trip information, or driver qualifications;
* is not responsible for any disputes, damages, losses, accidents, or other consequences arising from a trip;
* is not involved in any payments between users and does not regulate pricing;
* does not guarantee that a ride will take place, even after confirmation.
**Use of the platform is at your own risk.**

## **5. User Obligations**
By using the platform, you agree to:
* provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your trips;
* not use the platform for illegal purposes;
* respect other users and comply with applicable laws (including traffic regulations);
* assess risks independently and make your own decisions regarding rides.

## **6. Data Processing and GDPR Compliance**
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR),

* collects and processes only the minimum amount of personal data required for the service to function (e.g., name, contact information, ride history);
